The Medal Race was a recurring event in Homescapes. The number of attempts the level took players is how many medals they would receive. They would then compete for the most medals.

Medal race did not appear for many months, however, it has since come back as of June 2022, however with major changes to the system.

The event consisted of the following stages:

1. to earn one medal for a reward and the competition itself.
2. to aim for passing levels as quickly as possible to collect more medals and climb to the top. The 10 players get special prizes, while all others receives participation rewards. There is also a group goal which you can obtain by collecting enough medals with you opponents.
   1. Earn medals for special prizes.

IMPORTANT:

• All players above Level 25 who have completed the Open the Package task may compete!
• Stable WiFi was required to access the leaderboard.
• The event didn't feature special levels—you just kept playing regularly.

Medals

1. Completing levels on the first try gave you gold medals - 100
2. Completing levels on the second try gave you silver medals - 70
3. Completing levels on the third try gave you bronze medals - 50
4. Completing levels any other try gave you regular medals - 30

Now, all medals recieved are gold medals, regardless of how many attempts it takes you to pass a level.

Rewards

• The amount of rewards you received in the competition were based on your league.
• Goal Rush Goals: Players could also earn rewards by beating levels on their first try.
