The Mineral Spring is the third area in the Mountain Estate and the 24th area Austin restores in Homescapes.
Plot[]
Austin receives a call from Katherine that her mother is ill but recovering due to the water from the Mineral Spring. Austin begins restoring the Mineral Spring as a result of the phone call. With the help of Jeb and Mrs Broom, Austin fully restores the Mineral Spring. The storyline ends with Austin and his friends celebrating the restoration.
